The Siege by Stephen White

Stephen White used his clinical psychologist background to show how the human psyche is effected by trauma . The plot is suspenseful and inventive.
Terrorists hold hostages inside a secret society's windowless stone tomb on the Yale campus. Hostages are Yale students who are children of America's VIPs. The terrorists are not al Queda nor the Taliban. Damaging information is traded by VIP parents for their children's safety.
The novel highlights how vulnerable America is to inventive forms of terrorism.
The Siege is chilling!!!!
