American Assassin by Vince Flynn

Ultimate espionage.
Vince Flynn is one of my top five favorite authors. In the novel American Assassin author Vince Flynn introduces Mitch Rapp. He is a gifted college athlete and has a unique skill set suited for clandestine activities. Rapp has extremely acute situational awareness and is trained for black ops.
He becomes one of the men who do not exist. Mitch is the terrorist's worst nightmare; the American assassin!!!!

The Reversal by Michael Connally

Michael Connally is THE master of the legal thriller!
The DA's office needs an independent counsel in the retrial based on DNA evidence of a convicted child killer imprisoned for twenty-four years.
Defense attorney Mickey Haller and LAPD detective Harry Bosch agree to cross the line between defense and prosecution and prosecute the case. Haller chooses his ex-wife deputy DA Maggie McPherson as his second chair. A FBI profiler concludes that the original investigator reached the wrong conculsion in1986. The importance of an investigator is evident throughout the novel. The book emphasis the difference in preparation for the prosecutor and the defense. Are all the answers contained in the courtroom???
Burden of proof.

Painted Ladies by Robert B.Parker

Robert B. Parker paints vivid pictures in a few precise words.
Painted Ladies is about the Holocaust and stolen art. Boston PI Spenser traces the painting "Lady with a Finch". Something or someone is fraudulent. How does an unplanned pregnancy effect the characters? Is there evidence to prove a swindle?
Painted Ladies is also a continuing love between Spenser and Susaan and a new love between two dogs.
I will miss Robert B. Parker's novels! Be sure to read his last book.
